License Agreement

1. License Coverage

This license is granted to the original purchaser only and is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. The licensed audio file(s) may be used in your own original audiovisual projects, including but not limited to:

• Use as background music in YouTube videos

•Use in Instagram reels

• Use in Twitch streams

• Use in Video advertisements, commercials, Video presentations

• Use in video trailers, TV or film productions, Video trailers

• Use on websites

The use of the music as background music is permitted for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Monetization of video content that uses the licensed music as background audio is permitted, provided the use complies with the terms of this agreement.

Please note: In some cases, automated content detection systems may temporarily affect monetization. Possibly the revenue is split for monetized videos. This includes monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The license does not restrict revenue generation through advertisements, sponsorships, or platform-based monetization models.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are explicitly prohibited:

• Use of the track in live performances, including DJ sets or public stage shows.

• Use of the track as a standalone musical work, including uploading to music streaming platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music).

• Inclusion in sample packs, sample CDs/DVDs, loop libraries, or similar competitive products in any format.

• Resale, distribution, or transfer of the audio file(s) to any third party.

• Any form of file sharing, duplication, renting, lending, or unauthorized trading of the file(s), in whole or in part.

• Registration of the music in music libraries, royalty collection systems, or content identification systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager), especially when claiming exclusive ownership.

3. Modification and Attribution

You are allowed to:

• Edit, cut, or shorten the music to fit your specific project (e.g., video or podcast).

• Use the music in playlists for video livestreams.

• Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

4. Legal and Copyright Notice

This music is protected under international copyright law. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this license and may result in legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Content ID and Third-Party Claims

While every effort has been made to ensure that the music provided is original and free of third-party claims, occasional Content ID matches or fingerprint-based detections may still occur on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram.

These are typically automated and do not indicate an actual copyright infringement.

Possibly the revenue is split for monetized videos. Since this music is fully produced and owned by Royalty Free Electronic Music (RFEM), such claims are unlikely, but not entirely avoidable due to the nature of automated content recognition systems.
